I discovered my passion for the culinary arts at 15 years old. Looking back, I am filled with so much gratitude. First and foremost, I thank God for the gift of this calling and for the path that has led me here.
My journey took me to California Culinary Academy (CCA) in San Francisco, where I had the incredible opportunity to learn from the best in the industry. Those experiences, combined with the rich Hispanic heritage that define my roots, allow me to bring a unique, soulful flavor to everything I create.
